Refund Policy

Returns:

We want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase at Men Monster. However, if you are not happy with your product for any reason, we're here to help.
We accept returns within 30 days after you have received your item, and we will give you a full refund on your purchase as long as the product is in its original condition with the tags intact. 
To make the return process simple, we provide a dedicated Returns Center page where you can just enter your email address and your order number, and we will get back to you as quickly as possible.


Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. As long as the item is returned as specified above, your refund will be processed immediately.

If for any reason you do not receive your refund within 3-5 business days, contact us at contact@menmonster.com.

Exchanges:

We are more than happy to replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival at our cost.

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or different style of equivalent value, we ask only that you send back the original product to us, and we will send you a new pair right away.

Gifts:

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
